Delivery and payment

• We deliver to the countries the e-shop offers for the selected market, through the carriers DPD, Slovenská pošta and Packeta – to an address or to a pick-up point, depending on what is available in your country.
• The delivery price depends on the country, the delivery method and the contents of the cart and is shown in the cart and at checkout. If the e-shop offers free delivery above a certain amount, the threshold is shown in the cart.
• The expected dispatch time is shown with the product or at checkout. Personalised goods are made only after you order. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
• We let you know by e-mail when your order is dispatched, usually with a tracking option.

• Payment through the Besteron payment gateway – by Visa or Mastercard payment card, or by Apple Pay, Google Pay or instant bank payment, as offered by the gateway. The payment is processed by Besteron, a. s., a payment institution supervised by the National Bank of Slovakia; you enter your card details directly on its secure page. These payments are governed by the terms and conditions of Besteron, a. s. and its privacy terms.
• Bank transfer – according to the instructions in the order confirmation; we dispatch the goods once the payment has been credited.
• Cash on delivery – with the delivery methods that allow it; the fee is shown at checkout.

The payment methods available for your order (depending on country, currency and delivery method) are shown at checkout. We charge no fee for paying by card or through the payment gateway.

If we refund money to you – after a justified complaint or after withdrawal from the contract – we refund it by the same method you used to pay (for card payments, back to the card), unless agreed otherwise, and without any fees. Details are in the General Terms and Conditions, the Complaints Procedure and the information on the right of withdrawal.
