Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the ASTILO online store and the purchase of goods from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The operator
The store is operated by CSMD s.r.o. (Čerešňová 1808/4, 979 01 Rimavská Sobota), reg. no 54 303 257, VAT ID SK2121631303, contactable at bestsignostudio@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order
Selecting products, personalising them and completing checkout constitutes a binding order. We confirm receipt by email; a contract is formed when we confirm your order.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID may be eligible for reverse-charge treatment — this is confirmed on the invoice.
4. Payment
We accept secure card payments. Verified business accounts may pay by bank transfer against an invoice with the agreed due date.
5. Delivery
We ship across the EU. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods and return unused items for a refund, in line with EU law.
7. Personalised goods
Engraved or made-to-order items produced to your specification are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right, unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
8. Complaints and warranty
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage as provided by law. Because our goods are natural wood, small variations in grain and colour are a feature, not a defect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Slovak law and applicable EU consumer-protection rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
