2. What data we collect
Account and contact details (name, email, phone), delivery and billing addresses, order history, and — for business accounts — company name and VAT ID. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
3. Why we use it
To create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, handle payments and invoicing, provide customer support, and — only with your consent — send you our newsletter.
4. Legal basis
Performance of your purchase contract (orders), our legal obligations (accounting and tax), your consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the store.
5. Sharing your data
We share data only with the processors needed to fulfil your order — our payment provider, delivery carriers, and our IT/hosting providers — under data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice data are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you close your account; newsletter consent until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
