Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded in our shop without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Fill in the details below and confirm the withdrawal – we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail without delay.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you — for example, engraved with a name or text you supplied. Withdrawal information and exceptions
